The simple terms.

A portfolio project

Life OS is a personal project by Nils Plützer — nils-pzr.eu has the rest of his work. This public instance exists to showcase the project: it is not a commercial offering, comes with no service level and no support promise, and accounts or data on it may be reset or removed as the project evolves. Don’t make it the only home of data you care about.

Nothing is sold here

The pricing page demonstrates the product’s billing rails as part of the showcase — no paid plans are actually offered and no subscription will be charged.

The software

Life OS is built to be self-hosted: you deploy and run it on your own infrastructure, and your instance is yours alone. The deployment behind this site is simply the author’s own instance, opened as a demonstration.

Your responsibility

When you self-host, you are responsible for your own deployment: securing your server, configuring access, applying updates, and keeping backups of your database. Your data’s safety depends on how you run your instance.

No warranty

The software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. It is built with care for correctness and durability, but you run it at your own risk.

Acceptable use

Use Life OS lawfully. If you connect a third-party AI provider, your use of that provider is also governed by their terms — review them before you enable egress.

Changes

As the project evolves, these terms may change. The current version always lives here, alongside the code.
